When London Luxury sits down to create a new product, they begin with a goal. At the production facilities, the product's life cycle is monitored closely at every step by a team of dedicated quality assurance testers. They check every single step of the process, including experienced dye technicians testing every dye lot against the approved design before proceeding, and weave specialists that make sure the material used is perfect and of the utmost quality. These people cut no corners and make sure no one else does either. As the individual products are made, they are all tested for a number of characteristics like weight, softness, absorbency, shape, color, colorfastness, and size. Every product must be perfect to hit the shelves.
To actually get to the shelves, London Luxury has a huge and dedicated logistics team overseeing a worldwide distribution network. By taking care of distribution themselves, they ensure that product is delivered to retailers quickly and efficiently, and no one runs out of stock. With their method called Vendor Managed Inventory, or VMI, vendors can quickly communicate with London Luxury giving them data on trends and statistics, allowing London Luxury to literally know what people are going to buy before they buy it.
