London Luxury to take the high quality route
Jun '11
London Luxury is a high end bed, bath, and home product manufacturer who has a commitment to being the best. Other companies can make cheap goods of questionable quality; London Luxury will take the high quality route. Their commitment to quality is what sets them apart and makes them unique.

They use many different methods to ensure this excellent quality, starting with a dedicated research team at the beginning, to extensive and standardized quality control throughout the manufacturing process, and then ending with a streamlined and efficient distribution system.

When London Luxury sits down to create a new product, they begin with a goal. It isn't just to make another towel or more bed sheets; it's something that will have an impact: bedding that reduces allergy symptoms, mattress covers that prevent bed bugs. With these goals in mind, they form a team of scientists, physicians, allergists, and product engineers called the Scientific Advisory Board to study, discuss, and determine the best way to make a product that completes its goal satisfactorily while maintaining other standards of luxury like style and comfort and keeping costs down. This team then goes through as many prototypes and versions as needed to create the perfect product. The designs are then sent to the factories and production begins.

At the production facilities, the product's life cycle is monitored closely at every step by a team of dedicated quality assurance testers. They check every single step of the process, including experienced dye technicians testing every dye lot against the approved design before proceeding, and weave specialists that make sure the material used is perfect and of the utmost quality. These people cut no corners and make sure no one else does either. As the individual products are made, they are all tested for a number of characteristics like weight, softness, absorbency, shape, color, colorfastness, and size. Every product must be perfect to hit the shelves.

To actually get to the shelves, London Luxury has a huge and dedicated logistics team overseeing a worldwide distribution network. By taking care of distribution themselves, they ensure that product is delivered to retailers quickly and efficiently, and no one runs out of stock. With their method called Vendor Managed Inventory, or VMI, vendors can quickly communicate with London Luxury giving them data on trends and statistics, allowing London Luxury to literally know what people are going to buy before they buy it. This results in very lean inventories with low overhead, and higher profits for everyone involved, as well as happier customers.

London Luxury's mission to be the very best permeates everything they do. They are the finest producer of bed and bath goods.
