Toyota to bring new generation's 'E-shed' at ITMA

Toyota Industries Corporation will participate in the International Exhibition of Textile Machinery “ITMA 2011”, which will be held at Fira de Barcelona Gran Via from Septe mber 22nd (Thu) to 29th (Thu). Toyota will demonstrate 5 air-jet weaving machines with the latest technology, and a brand new ring spinning frame at Hall 3, Booth D-112.

• Air-jet weaving machine “JAT710” 5 sets
• Ring spinning frame 1 set

Toyota's bestseller air-jet loom “JAT710” has been holding the world's No.1 share since itslaunch into the market. In addition to the proven reliability and performance of JA T710, Toyota original electronic shedding motion “E-shed” widens the potential of air-jet weaving machine to the utmost extent.

At the forthcoming ITMA 2011, Toyota will launch the new generation's “E-shed” with greatly enhanced performance that provides JAT710 with further versatility. Furthermore, the newly developed functions bring out the extremely reduced vibration, energy consumption even at high-speed operation and weaving of broad range of applications in the practical weaving mill operations.

For the ring spinning frame, Toyota unveils the successor of “RX240 series”. The brand new ring spinning frame succeeds the unique “all-in-one” feature of RX240, which is possible to produce different kinds of yarns, standard / compact-coarse / compact-fine / variety of fancy yarns in a same machine. Now, Toyota expands the flexibility also towards to the number of spindles. The new ring spinning frame will be able to offer the world's largest number of spindles per frame.
