Knitting plant near Bangalore up for auction

M/s Cuthberts Textiles India Pvt. Ltd, a knitting, dyeing and printing plant located near Bangalore, containing all allied machinery is up for sale, the auction for which will be held on August 4, 2011.

Formerly known as M/s Cuthberts Babywear India Pvt Ltd., the company located in Bidadi industrial area, at Balaveeranahali village, Ramanagaram District of Karnataka has a commercial property of factory land & building measuring 52,612 sq metres & 9,998 sq metres, respectively.

Along with the plant and machinery, assets also include yarn, yarn cones, semi finished fabric rolls, loose washed fabrics, fabric in big rolls, colour fabrics, sample/rejected fabric rolls, chemicals, consumables and spares.

Auction for the movable as well as immovable assets are being conducted on “As is where is” and “As is what is basis”. The reserve price for the immovable property has been fixed at Rs 35 crores and for movable assets at Rs 12.50 crores.

The auction is being held by the Stressed Assets Management Group Branch of the State Bank of India – Bangalore. Fibre2fashion as a platform for textiles and apparel provides marketing support to the auction sale of above company.
