Founder of Pooghe Clothing Company of America, Steve Monte states; “We have just as much passion for manufacturing all of our yarns, fabrics and garments right here in the US as we do with comfort. As a Navy veteran, Monte believes in modern day stewardship through contributing to the social and economic arena with a truly Made in the USA apparel label.

It's part of our identity and even though being Made in the USA isn't necessarily the leading marketing factor in driving sales; it's an unbendable passion and practice in our business model that resides on the same shelf as our accountability, humanity, morality and humility.”

Very rarely is an article of clothing both as versatile and extremely comfortable as the everyday tee made of 100% Supima Cotton by the Pooghe Clothing Co of America. Pooghe has set the bar in the new standard staple T-shirt and turned it into a fashionable exclusive item with a special feature that keeps you fresh all day long with an advanced proprietary fabric treatment that is claimed to not only stand above the fray but also the most eco-friendly product available on the market.

With the success of Pooghe's everyday tee, the company knew they needed widen their collection for both men & women and have spent just over the past 3 years extensive research, product development and nation-wide consumer beta testing of their new collection. Through social networking and aligning themselves with strategic marketing platforms the Pooghe brand ultimately created a consumer demand for its much anticipated American Made clothing label designed to appeal within the median to upper scale consumer markets, targeting men and women between the ages 20 to 45.

The new lines of fabrics simply epitomizes pure luxury and softness for intimate, daywear and outerwear apparel. Pooghe has certainly maintained an unmistakable softness in their products and is now combining Supima Cotton and Lenzing Modal fibers into their fabrics to give their garments that ultimate sensual feeling next to the skin. It's easy to say that Pooghe is a win-win for anyone in search of body conscious clothing.

Pooghe is one of those brilliant Americana stories people like to hear about, so much that they are taking that same grass-roots approach with creating their brand through the Kickstarter community. The company has over 30 different retail customers from the US, Canada to Western Europe that are excited about the brand and are all requesting samples of their new collection which is now includes 52 silhouettes for women & men.

Founded in 1954, Supima is the promotional organization of the American Pima cotton growers. The Board of Directors of this non-profit organization is composed of Pima growers from the states of Arizona, California, New Mexico and Texas.
