PT Primissima, Indonesia's state-owned textile manufacturer, is likely to be disinvested, Mustafa Abubakar, Minister for State-Owned Enterprises has said.
The Minister stated that only one final meeting with legislators remains before the divestment of Government shares could take place in PT Primissima and two other non-textile companies.
He expressed hope that the divestment process of PT Primissima to private investors would be completed this year. Currently, the Government holds 52.79 percent share in the company.
