Oversupply conditions in cotton yarn market unchanged

Spot cotton prices are witnessing small fluctuations in relation to state procurement prices in recent days.
This has resulted in activity in pure cotton yarn market and purchasing enthusiasm is somewhat mobilized. Turnover has increased in some areas and offers from most manufacturers are stable.
However, oversupply pattern of cotton yarn has not changed fundamentally. Currently C32s yarn is sold at 26,500-27,500 Yuan / ton and at the lower end they are quoting at 25,500-26,000 Yuan / ton.
Now mainstream price of T63/C35 32s is at 20,500-21,000 Yuan / ton and the higher end price is at 21,500 Yuan / ton.
Current mainstream price of rayon yarn 30S is 23,000-23,500 Yuan / ton, higher price range is 23,500-24,500 Yuan / ton.
