A global tender for setting up a cotton spinning mill has been floated by Turkmenistan's Ministry of Textile Industry.
The tender is for design and 'turnkey' construction of the mill in Lebap province's city of Seyydi.
Both domestic and overseas firms with experience in construction of cotton spinning mills have been invited to bid for the tender.
The last date for the receipt of bids at the Ministry's Ashgabat office is September 30.
