Propylene prices fall, ACN stable

Propylene price declined, in S E Asian market. Propylene sellers were struggling to maintain price above US$ 1500/ton in F E Asian markets. In Korea and Japan, Propylene prices were assessed around US$ 1505/ton. In India, prices were stable around US$ 1385/ton. In Chinese market price of propylene was in the range of RMB 11700/ton to RMB 12200/ton.
In N W European domestic market, price was in the range of € 895/ton to € 905/ton. In U.S.A domestic market, selling offers for propylene were in the range of 67.70 cents/pound to 68.20 cents/pound.
Price of Acrylonitrile remained stable, in Asian market. In F E Asian and S E Asian countries, ACN price stood at around US$ 2110/ton and US$ 2160/ton, respectively. In Chinese domestic market, ACN price was stable in the range of RMB 15750/ton to RMB 15850/ton.
In Chinese domestic market, price of ASF and Acrylic tops, price was assessed around RMB 23000/ton and RMB 24000/ton, respectively.
