Revenues & net profits double at Sumeet Industries

“Sumeet maintains a customer friendly approach, thereby keeping a close bonding with its various suppliers & buyers. We have a good strength of loyal & hardworking employees associated since long. Major thrust is to build relations on long term basis.
“Sumeet enjoys good credit rating with its bankers since long and has been recognized as a Star Export house. We have won the highest export award from SRTEPC in exports of polypropylene. Alongside, Sumeet is an investor friendly company, which pays consistent dividends year after year”.
Speaking about the market trends in the current as well as next quarter, he says, “The market in the current and last quarter is expected to be very volatile. The poor international economic scenario and huge volatility in crude & currency will result in frequent ups & downs in raw material prices resulting in price fluctuation in final product sales in domestic as well as export sales. However we are confident of facing the situation, because of our loyal committed buyers”.
When quizzed about Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, he confidently replies by saying, “Sumeet Industries is aware of its responsibilities as a good corporate citizen in health, safety and environment management. Environment conservation is our main focus area. Towards that end, we have set up a 15MW gas-based power plant for producing power for captive consumption and are thereby availing Carbon Credits.
“We have no discharge of pollutants as we have set up advanced technology equipments which does not pollute the land and atmosphere. A good number of trees too have been planted in the plant premises.
“Apart from this, Sumeet is also taking active interest in welfare of workers & employees by providing insurance, providing good food and maintaining good hygiene condition. We are striving to provide education, medical facilities, books, computers etc, in schools of nearby villages”, he winds up by saying.
