China's gray silk fabric exports to South Korea decline

China's exports of gray silk fabrics to South Korea declined to 7.83 million metres during January-July 2011, down 10.66 percent year-on-year, statistics from China Customs revealed.

The value of China's gray silk fabric exports to South Korea was US$ 47.28 million, registering an increase of 28.52 percent year-on-year. Average unit price too increased to US$ 6.03 per metre, up 43.85 percent year-on-year.

The exports to South Korea during the first seven months of the current year accounted for 7.97 percent of the total volume of Chinese gray silk fabric exports. Value-wise, they formed 10.84 percent of the Chinese gray silk fabric exports.
