JRB adds new patterns to its silk dupioni collection

JRB Fabrics Inc announces the addition of thirty-five new patterns to its silk dupioni collection. With over 250 colors, JRB Fabrics, Inc. has the largest online collection of silk dupioni fabrics.
Silk dupioni (sometimes called silk dupion) is created from two threads of different color that are twisted together to produce a fine iridescent effect. Unlike its machine-woven counterpart silk shantung, silk dupioni is completely hand-woven giving it a stubbier and more natural feel.
"Silk dupioni is probably one of the most popular silk fabric, and when our customers need a specific color or pattern we try our best to satisfy that customers needs" states JRB Silks CEO Rahul Bapna. "There has always been a strong demand for silk dupioni and silk shantung," Mr. Bapna continues, "but with silk prices rising and suppliers carrying less fabric, many people have a hard time finding the exact color they need for their design."

The additional colors will range from blue and purples to natural pinks, whites and off-whites.
