Ritu Malhotra, the CEO of Ranbaxy stated, "We look forward to this new era for our company."

Malhotra is a designer and manufacturer of textiles such as saris, salwarkameez, lehengacholi, kurta pajama and various other traditional Indian garments. Mahlotrastated, "The beauty of luxurious Indian fabrics and design has evolved from the traditional Indian garments to the fashion houses of Milan and Paris.
