On Thursday, January 19th, David Trumbull, Vice President, International Trade, National Textile Association, will welcome James V. Klink, National Program Manager/ Special Agent, Textiles and Forced Child Labor, ICE Homeland Security Investigations to Boston where Mr. Klink will present on three areas of commercial fraud that his agency primarily sees in relation to illicit textile trade.
In addition to an overview of each area and what DHS is doing, he will also discuss his activities from his position in D.C. to try to involve field offices, other federal agencies in D.C., industry, Department of Justice and other stakeholders to streamline successful textile investigations by HSI to protect our domestic industry and U.S. importers who are abiding by the laws, rules and regulations.
