Korea's Hyosung launches creora dyeable elastane

Hyosung, the South Korean elastane specialist, has launched its creora dyeable elastane in partnership with European Stretch Fabrics (ESF), a leading French warp and weft knitter.
The Hyosung-ESF collaboration has resulted in a range of fabrics in fashion colours using creora dyeable, which blends with nylon for warp, wovens, hosiery and circular knits, the company said.
Also, the latest innovation has outstanding dyeability and the fabrics made with it have properties like resistance to chlorine, are mouldable at lower temperatures, and are heat settable.
The company said, creora dyeable has the property of absorbing dyestuff and it can give better colour fastness compared to regular elastane.
ESF offers innovative textile products, and comes out with a new collection of elasticized fabrics every month, Mr. De Buhren Bernard, Executive Marketing Director of ESF, said.
The demand for fashion colours is going to increase and ESF has found creora dyeable is able to deliver darker and deeper shades with better colour fastness, he added.
Creora dyeable elastane fabrics are being displayed at the Paris Première Vision show that will go on in Paris, France till February 16, 2012.
