US based home textiles retailer – Bed Bath & Beyond Inc has bought Linen Holdings, a New Jersey based distributor of textiles.
Bed Bath & Beyond bought Linen Holdings for $105 million in cash, weeks after it agreed to buy Cost Plus for $495 million.
The home textiles retailer said its aims to boost its sourcing capabilities and increase customer base by buying out both companies.
Linen Holdings is a distributor of bed, bath and table linens and supplies to the hospitality, hospital and other sectors.
