Etlaser always carries out deep and continuous research and developments in textile, embroidery and trademark industry. In order to meet the demands of abnormal trademark and tube processing, Etlaser develops video pickup positioning label laser cutter.

This new laser cutting machine adopts the top DSP technology and worldwide outstanding pickup positioning figure identification system, providing a complete solution of abnormal cutting.

By combining the pickup positioning visual system with the computer software, this new laser cutter can carry out overall and automatic trace compensation to the fine stretch and void the distortion of the cloth.

Equipped with high-performance imported AC servo motor, this laser cutter has better performance in terms of precision and speed.

The software design of the shortest cutting path is another key point of this automatic pickup positioning cutter, which can save working time by 10%-20% in average.

Furthermore, this laser cutter can make video recording and positioning automatically; it can search and fix the work object automatically and accurately when processing. With this laser cutter, no labor forces are needed to locate position.

The achievement of high-speed and continuous curve cutting function is based on powerful data treatment capacity of top DSP technology, special design of software in computer and the perfect makeup of precise machinery system; It will neither change the cutting line nor distort when performing curve cutting, even in the mode of high-speed running.
