Caprolactam prices remain stable in Chinese market

The caprolactam (CPL) market in China in terms of both RMB as well as US dollar remained stable on November 27.
CPL spot prices in mainstream markets were in the range of 16,900-17,300 yuan/ton. However, trading atmosphere was better than previous week.
The mainstream prices of CPL imported from Eastern Europe were in the range of US$ 2,170-2,200/ton. However, there was scarce inquiry from downstream buyers and trading sentiment appeared dull.
