Chinese nylon staple fibre market remains weak

In China’s Zhejiang province, the nylon high-speed spinning slice market remained weak on November 27.
 
The price of good quality nylon high-speed spinning chips was in the range of 21,000-21,300 yuan/ton, in terms of three-month acceptance. Downstream buyers were in a wait-and-watch mode and their procurement was mainly based on immediate requirement.
 
In East China, the price of nylon staple fibre weakened on November 27. The market price of nylon fibre 1.5D was in the range of 21,000-21,500 yuan/ton, while ex-factory price of 3Dx65mm was in the range of 22,500-23,000 yuan/ton. Manufacturers are mostly selling products at low-profit and delivery conditions are moderate.
 
The prices of nylon conventional spinning chip prices were stable on November 27 in East China. The current market price is in the range of 18,500-19,000 Yuan/ton, while low-end price is in the range of 18,300-18,400 yuan/ton.
