PSF, MEG & PTA prices move up in Asian markets

Paraxylene (PX) prices increased in Asian markets. In S E Asian region, PX prices surged in the range of US$ 1625/ton to US$ 1630/ton. In F E Asian market, PX prices were quoted at US$ 1605/ton. Prices of PX imported from Taiwanese market went up and were quoted in the range of US$ 1605/ton to US$ 1610/ton. 
 
PTA prices increased in the Asian region. In S E Asian market, PTA prices increased in the range of US$ 1135/ton to US$ 1140/ton. In F E Asian market, PTA prices were offered at US$ 1140/ton. Prices of PTA imported from Taiwanese market surged and were assessed in the range of US$ 1130/ton to US$ 1135/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, PTA prices surged in the range of RMB 8325/ton to RMB 8375/ton.        
 
Ethylene prices stayed stable in Asian markets. In S E Asian market, Ethylene prices remained steady in the range of US$ 1190/ton to US$ 1195/ton. In F E Asian region, Ethylene prices were offered at US$ 1120/ton. In the US market, Ethylene prices kept unchanged in the range of 50.50 cents/pound to 51.00 cents/pound. Ethylene prices kept stable in European international and domestic markets at US$ 1200/ton and € 1080/ton, respectively.        
 
MEG prices surged in the Asian region. In S E Asian region, MEG prices went up and were quoted at US$ 1085/ton. In China market, MEG prices increased in the range of US$ 1075/ton to US$ 1080/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, MEG prices remained steady in the range of RMB 8100/ton to RMB 8150/ton. 
 
In S E Asian region, BG PET Chips prices increased in the range of US$ 1440/ton to US$ 1490/ton and some deals were discussed in the range of US$ 1430/ton to US$ 1470/ton. In F E Asian market, selling offers were quoted in the range US$ 1440/ton to US$ 1480/ton. In the Chinese market, BG PET Chips prices increased to RMB 10200/ton.     
 
In Korean market, FG PET Chips prices surged in the range of US$ 1300/ton to US$ 1340/ton. In Indian market, FOB based prices were offered in the range of US$ 1330/ton to US$ 1370/ton. In the Chinese market, FG PET Chips prices increased and were assessed in the range of RMB 10000/ton to RMB 10050/ton.
 
PSF prices went up in the Asian region. In F E Asian region, PSF prices were offered at 1550/ton. In S E Asian market, PSF prices were assessed at US$ 1450/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, PSF prices increased and were offered in the range of RMB 10675/ton to RMB 10725/ton.  
 
In the Chinese domestic market, Polyester POY, DTY and FDY prices stayed stable and were offered at RMB 10900/ton, RMB 12350/ton and RMB 11225/ton, respectively. In export market, offers for POY, DTY and FDY prices increased and were assessed at US$ 1495/ton, US$ 1690/ton and US$ 1530/ton, respectively.
