Radossich named as President of Cytec Specialty Chemicals

Cytec Industries Inc. announced the appointment of Michael Radossich as President, Cytec Specialty Chemicals. In alignment with the current portfolio of businesses and pending sale of Coating Resins, Specialty Chemicals is comprised of the In Process Separation and Additive Technologies businesses. 

Mr. Radossich will become a member of Cytec's Executive Leadership Team, effective January 2013. He will continue to be based at the company's global headquarters in Woodland Park, NJ.

Mr. Radossich was most recently the Vice President of Cytec's Safety, Health & Environment organization.  Prior to that he held several commercial and manufacturing leadership roles in the specialty chemicals businesses.  Shane Fleming, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer commented, "We are pleased to have Michael for this important position in Cytec.

He brings a diversified background of engineering, manufacturing operations, commercial, sales and business management at Cytec. We look forward to his leadership in the future growth of our businesses."

Mr. Radossich succeeds Frank Aranzana who is now leading the Coating Resins business which is being sold to Advent International.   Mr. Fleming continued, "The Board of Directors and I thank Frank for his dedication and excellent leadership of the Coating Resins business.  We wish him and his family all the best for the future."
