Ethylene prices increase in US market

Paraxylene (PX) prices declined in the Asian region. In S E Asian region, PX prices went down in the range of US$ 1620/ton to US$ 1625/ton. In F E Asian market, PX prices were assessed at US$ 1595/ton. Prices of PX imported from Taiwanese market plunged down in the range of US$ 1625/ton to US$ 1630/ton.  
 
PTA prices remained stable in Asian markets. In S E Asian market, PTA prices continued to be stable in the range of US$ 1150/ton to US$ 1155/ton. In F E Asian market, PTA prices were offered at US$ 1160/ton. Prices of PTA imported from Taiwanese market surged and were assessed in the range of US$ 1155/ton to US$ 1160/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, PTA prices went down in the range of RMB 8450/ton to RMB 8475/ton. 
 
Ethylene prices shot up in Asian markets. In S E Asian market, Ethylene prices increased in the range of US$ 1275/ton to US$ 1280/ton. In F E Asian region, Ethylene prices were offered at US$ 1195/ton. In the US market, Ethylene prices surged in the range of 55.00 cents/pound to 55.50 cents/pound. Ethylene prices went up in European international market to US$ 1295/ton and remained unchanged in domestic market at € 1055/ton.          
 
MEG prices surged in the Asian region. In S E Asian region, MEG prices went up and were offered at US$ 1140/ton. In China market, MEG prices increased in the range of US$ 1130/ton to US$ 1135/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, MEG prices stayed stable in the range of RMB 8425/ton to RMB 8475/ton. 
 
In S E Asian region, prices of BG PET Chips stayed stable in the range of US$ 1440/ton to US$ 1490/ton and some deals were discussed in the range of US$ 1430/ton to US$ 1470/ton. In F E Asian market, selling offers were assessed in the range US$ 1440/ton to US$ 1480/ton. In the Chinese market, BG PET Chips prices remained unchanged at RMB 10550/ton.     
 
In Korean market, FG PET Chips prices were steady in the range of US$ 1300/ton to US$ 1340/ton. In Indian market, FOB based prices were assessed in the range of US$ 1330/ton to US$ 1370/ton. In the Chinese market, FG PET Chips prices remained stable and were offered in the range of RMB 10325/ton to RMB 10350/ton.         
 
PSF prices remained unchanged in the Asian region. In F E Asian region, PSF prices were assessed at 1570/ton. In S E Asian market, PSF prices were offered at US$ 1470/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, PSF prices were stable and were quoted in the range of RMB 10875/ton to RMB 10900/ton.  
 
In the Chinese domestic market, Polyester POY, DTY and FDY prices continued to be stable and were quoted at RMB 11200/ton, RMB 12550/ton and RMB 11550/ton, respectively. In export market, prices for POY, DTY and FDY stayed stable and were offered at US$ 1535/ton, US$ 1715/ton and US$ 1575/ton, respectively.
