China likely to release cotton from state reserves

The China National Cotton Reserves Corporation (CNCRC) is likely to release cotton from its state reserves.
 
The state-owned enterprise is likely to release about 3 million tons of cotton, according to well-informed sources.
 
China has so far procured over 5 million tons of cotton for its state reserves under the 2012 cotton procurement plan.
