In the previous week, prices of Dissolving Pulp maintained a steady trend at RMB 6750/ton, but this week the market opened with an increase of RMB 6850/ton. Prices of imported Dissolving Wood Pulp were assessed at US$ 860/ton to US$ 870/ton. Prices of Pulp imported from the US were in the range of US$ 880/ton to US$ 900/ton, while those from Canada were in the range of US$ 850/ton to US$ 900/ton. Prices of Pulp imported from Sweden and Russia were at US$ 850/ton to US$ 880/ton.

In the Chinese market, offers for imported VSF hovered in the range of US$ 1.91/kg to US$ 1.97/kg. Market analysts expect VSF prices to remain at around US$ 1.99/kg in the short-term.
