Ethylene prices fall in European Domestic Market

Paraxylene (PX) prices remained stable in Asian markets. In the Southeast Asian region, PX prices stayed stable and were assessed in the range of US$ 1435/ton to US$ 1440/ton. In the Fareast Asian market, PX prices were offered at US$ 1415/ton. Prices of PX imported from Taiwanese market were stable and were offered in the range of US$ 1435/ton to US$ 1440/ton. 
           
PTA prices remained unchanged in the Asian region. In the Southeast Asian market, PTA prices were steady in the range of US$ 1060/ton to US$ 1065/ton. In the Fareast Asian market, PTA prices were offered at US$ 1060/ton. Prices of PTA imported from Taiwanese market stayed stable and were quoted in the range of US$ 1055/ton to US$ 1060/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, PTA prices went up and were offered in the range of RMB 7700/ton to RMB 7750/ton.   
 
Ethylene prices remained stable in Asian markets. In the Southeast Asian market, Ethylene prices were assessed in the range of US$ 1295/ton to US$ 1300/ton. In the Fareast Asian region, Ethylene prices were offered at US$ 1230/ton. In the US market, Ethylene prices remained stable and were quoted in the range of 57.00 cents/pound to 57.50 cents/pound. Ethylene prices were stable in the European international market, while the prices of Ethylene went down in the domestic market and were witnessed at US$ 1295/ton and €1030/ton, respectively.  
 
MEG prices increased in Asia. In the Southeast Asian region, MEG prices surged and were assessed at US$ 1010/ton. In the Chinese international market, MEG prices went up in the range of US$ 995/ton to US$ 1000/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, MEG prices were stable and were assessed in the range of RMB 7345/ton to RMB 7395/ton.         
 
In the Southeast Asian region, BG PET Chips prices were stable in the range of US$ 1400/ton to US$ 1440/ton and some deals were discussed at around US$ 1380/ton to US$ 1410/ton. In the Fareast Asian market, selling offers stayed stable at US$ 1390/ton to US$ 1440/ton, while talked prices were offered between US$ 1380/ton and US$ 1400/ton. In the Chinese market, BG PET Chips prices stayed steady and were quoted at RMB 9600/ton.
 
In the Korean market, FG PET Chips prices remained unchanged in the range of US$ 1230/ton to US$ 1260/ton. In Indian market, FOB based prices were steady in the range of US$ 1280/ton to US$ 1320/ton. In the Chinese market, FG PET Chips prices were stable and were assessed in the range of RMB 9325/ton to RMB 9375/ton.
 
PSF prices remained stable in Asian markets. In the Fareast Asian market, PSF prices were offered at US$ 1455/ton. In the Southeast Asian market, PSF prices were offered at US$ 1355/ton. In the Chinese domestic market, PSF prices went down and were offered in the range of RMB 9945/ton to RMB 9995/ton.
 
In the Chinese domestic market, prices of Polyester POY remained stable at RMB 10350/ton, while DTY and FDY went down at RMB 11950/ton, and RMB 10425/ton, respectively. In the export market, prices for POY stayed stable at US$ 1430/ton while DTY and FDY decreased at, US$ 1650/ton and US$ 1425/ton, respectively.
