Interface adds Trek CEO John Burke to BoD

Interface, Inc, the world's largest manufacturer of modular carpet announced the election of John Burke to its board of directors.  This addition brings the total members of the Company's board of directors to 11, of which 10 are independent directors.

Mr. Burke, age 51, is chief executive officer of Trek, one of the world's largest manufacturers of bicycles, and a company with a mission to, "help the world use the bicycle as a simple solution to complex problems." 

John joined the company his father founded in 1984 and has been the company's CEO since 1997.  He served as chairman of President George W. Bush's President's Council on Physical Fitness & Sports, is a founding board member of the Bikes Belong Coalition, and an alumnus of Boston University.

Daniel T.
