Foundation stone laid for biggest global Chinese PTA line

It will devote to building PTA production equipment with the largest single-line capacity in the world. Jiangyin municipal leaders Jiang Hongliang, Shen Jian, Zhao Guoquan, Xue Liang, Xu Dongqing, Ji Jun and Fei Ping attended the opening ceremony and laid the foundation for the project.

In the past several years, Chengxing Group has become a leading enterprise in China’s chemical industry field, especially in phosphorus chemical industry.

Hanbang Petrochemical has invested RMB 6.55 billion in the 2nd-phase project and planned to put into trial operation in October, 2015. After project completion, PTA’s annual productive capacity of Hanbang Petrochemical will expand to 2.8 million tons. It is estimated that annual sales revenue will exceed RMB 28 billion and annual total of profits and taxes will exceed RMB 2.8 billion.
