Rieter seminar in Vietnam generates interest

The 2013 symposia on 13 November in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) and on 15 November in Hanoi generated great interest amongst Rieter customers. In addition, during the Vietnam visit space was also found for honor and prestige.

Both half-day symposia provided Rieter with the opportunity to supply latest information, present new products and to show Rieter customers how in future even more cost-effective and energy-efficient production can be realized.

The most important topics were:

The new E 80 comber that gives customers wider scope in relation to productivity and quality. Innovations with the end spinning processes Com4ring, Com4compact and Com4rotor. Rieter presented the G 36 and K 46 ring spinning machines, the R 60 rotor spinning machine and the new semi-automatic R 35 which now has 460 rotors.

Useful details about the C 70 card, which has the largest active carding area, as well as innovations with the Rieter blowroom line VARIOline. The numerous customers attending were very interested and could take away new ideas as to how they are able in future to produce more cost-effectively and with greater energy efficiency.

In addition to the presentations, our customers were supplied with valuable information on the benefits of «The Comfort of Competence» for users of Rieter machines as well as on the special characteristics of the four Rieter Com4yarns.

Dai Cuong is the new Rieter Com4ring Licensee

In Hanoi Rieter welcomed Dai Cuong to the selected circle of the Rieter Com4ring licensees by handing over the Com4ring License in the form of a certificate. The company ordered a complete ring spinning plant consisting of G 35 ring spinning machines with a capacity of 45 000 spindles from Rieter, for the production of combed and carded cotton yarns. The subsequent small-scale ceremony was honored by the presence of the General Director, Mr. Le Manh Thuong.

In Ho Chi Minh City the prestigious Rieter Award 2013 found its well-earned Owner

For Ms. Kim Loan Nguyen Thi from the Ho Chi Minh University of Technology, there was reason to celebrate already weeks before Christmas: in Autumn she was successful in impressing the Rieter Award Jury 2013 with her outstanding student research project on textile filter material made of kapok. In a ceremonial act in Ho Chi Minh City, she was presentedwith the coveted Rieter Award in the form of a Swiss mountain crystal and a certificate.
