NITMA elects Ginni CMD Sharad Jaipuria as President

The Executive Committee of the Northern India Textile Mills Association (NITMA) at its meeting held on Thursday, the 13th February, 2014 unanimously elected Shri Sharad Jaipuria as President, Shri Hardyal S Cheema, as Senior Vice President and Shri Sanjay K. Jain as Vice President of NITMA for two years.

Shri Sharad Jaipuria

Shri Sharad Jaipuria is Chairman and Managing Director of Ginni International Ltd., a composite textile mill manufacturing cotton yarn, woven fabrics and denim fabrics based in Rajasthan. Shri Jaipuria has been associated with textile industry for over 30 years. He is presently the President of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Shri Hardyal S Cheema

Shri Hardyal S Cheema is unanimously elected as Senior Vice President of NITMA and he is the Managing Director of Cheema Spintex Ltd. a well known public figure as industrialist having textile mill with installed capacity of 30240 spindles at Lalru (Dist. Mohali) producing 100% cotton yarns with the count range between Ne 16 to Ne 40 in carded and combed qualities.

Shri Sanjay K. Jain

Shri Sanjay K Jain is the Managing Director of TT Limited. TT Limited is a Rs 700 crore vertically integrated textiles company (fibre to fashion company). The company is listed on both NSE and BSE. Its brand TT is more than 50 years old and its products are sold not only all across India, but also across 62 countries globally.
