Propylene prices shoot up in Korea and Japan

In S E Asian countries, Propylene prices remained steady at US$ 1325/ton. In Korea and Japan, prices decreased by US$ 10/ton to US$ 1380/ton and US$ 1370/ton, respectively. In the Chinese market, prices were offered at US$ 1445/ton.
In Western markets, Propylene prices maintained a stable trend. In the N W European domestic market, prices were quoted at € 1120/ton, and deals were mainly offered in the range of € 1110/ton to € 1130/ton. In the U.S.A. market, selling offers rose to 63.50 cents/pound.
Acrylonitrile prices stayed steady in Asian markets. In S E and F E Asian countries, prices were assessed at US$ 2000/ton and US$ 2060/ton, respectively.
In the Chinese domestic market, prices of ASF and Acrylic Tops were inert at RMB 17700/ton and RMB 18550/ton, respectively.
