CMC's L.A. Gift & Home Market kicks off from July 15

An expanded product mix of leading gift, home, design, tabletop, personal care/spa products and holiday/seasonal lines, a comprehensive selection of best-selling fashion accessories and children's merchandise, and a unified California marketplace will be among the many opportunities buyers will experience during the summer L.A. Gift & Home Market at the California Market Center (CMC), scheduled to be held Tuesday, July 15 through Monday, July 21, 2014 from 9am to 6pm daily, with extended hours until 8pm on Friday, July 18, 2014.  
 
This edition of the L.A. Gift & Home Market will present local and national retailers with the freshest gift, home and garden decor, fine furniture, decorative accessories, tabletop, personal care/spa, stationery, gourmet and lifestyle products as well as a chance to shop at the West Coast's largest selection of holiday and seasonal merchandise. In addition, buyers will be able to discover over 800 baby/children's resources as well as thousands of profitable, on-trend fashion accessories and apparel showcased throughout the California Market Center.
 
A leader in helping unite the Los Angeles marketplace, the California Market Center is a proud participant in the "How the West is One" program, creating a seamless buying experience for retailers attending all three of the West Coast's major venues: the CMC, the L.A. Mart, and the California Gift Show. This solidarity effort by all venues will offer buyers such advantages as a common badge, and complimentary shuttle services between all locations, as well as to the participating downtown hotels-creating a shopping experience which is easy, rewarding and productive.  
 
Buyers, interior designers, and industry guests are invited to enjoy a variety of amenities at CMC, including acres of free, safe underground parking,numerous restaurants and cafes, coffee/espresso bars, and business services resources located in the building's lobby. Buyers will also be showered with a variety of fun activities and promotions such as complimentary daily Buyer Breakfasts, cocktail receptions every evening, exciting Goody Bag giveaways, and deluxe "Pampering Prizes" offering complimentary beauty services, and meals for two, courtesy of the beauty salons and restaurants of the CMC.
 
In addition, CMC will offer buyers two convenient, comfortable lounges: one of the lounges located on the 2nd floor of CMC, features free wireless Internet, printers, fax machines, while the 12C floor lounge offers all day refreshments and a discovery room for some of the CMC's latest products. A complimentary luggage check will also be available at the CMC registration desk in the lobby for added convenience.   
 
The intersection of Gift, Home, Design, Fashion, and Children's products on the WestCoast, the California Market Center offers retailers the opportunity to explore and discover thousands of products in leading, lucrative categories, all in one easy-to-shop location.
 
The summer L.A. Gift & Home Market at the CMC is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, and runs through Monday, July 21, 2014.
