International textile expo opens in China's Keqiao

The spring edition of the China Keqiao International Textiles, Fabrics and Accessories Exhibition has opened at the China Textile City International Exhibition and Convention Center in the district of Keqiao, located in the Chinese province of Zheijiang.

Organized by the China General Chamber of Commerce and the China Chamber of Commerce for Import/Export of Textile and Apparel, along with support from the regional government of Keqiao district, the three-day fair is touted as one of the most important fairs for the textile industry of Zhejiang province.

More than 220 exhibitors from 20 different countries, including the US, Mexico, Malaysia, Kyrgyzstan, France, Germany, Italy and China, are exhibiting their products to more than 30,000 visitors attending the show.

The exhibition is aimed at providing a platform for textile entrepreneurs in the Keqiao district to showcase their latest products to international buyers, as well as establish business contacts with them to increase exports.

Exhibitors at the event are presenting various products including spinning machinery and accessories, knitting machinery and accessories, hosiery machinery and accessories, software for design and processing, weaving machinery and accessories, non-woven materials, sewing machines, sewing-related equipment, labeling and packaging materials and supplies, sewing accessories, lingerie, innerwear and sleepwear, textile finishing equipments and systems.
