6) Multiflow Must HT:
Multiflow Must is the evolution resulting from the synergy between Innotechnology Brazzoli and Paggi New Dyeing Technology that makes the machine more performing, allowing Multiflow Must to grant a further reduction of the cycle time, a reduction of the real bath ratio, a reduction of the energetic and receipt costs.
Italy based fabric rope dyeing technology specialist – Brazzoli is exhibiting its range of machinery at ITMA ASIA beginning from June 16, 2014 in hall#
7) Beam-Jigger:
Beam-Jigger is a dyeing machine for textile substrates which contemporarily deploys the traditional jigger technology combined with autoclave dyeing technology. Perfect penetration of the dye is achieved throughout the fibre (same level as the one obtained in the autoclave). With Beam–Jigger washing times are cut by 40–50% approximately and water saving ranges between 35–40%.
Beam–Jigger permits an increased fabric hydrophility and a consequent improved color rendering. Scouring times are reduced from 35-50% according to the type of item. Bleaching on Beam–Jigger is reduced by 50% in terms of timing. It also helps in removal of the fabric centre – selvedge defect and fabric head – tail problems.
8) Innotech HT:
This long shaped machine is suitable for dyeing extremely delicate fabrics albeit with the same consumption as a round machine with a low bath ratio ranging between 1:3 and 1:5.
