US PP prices slide sharply on June 19

Bearish buying sentiments coupled with poor demand led to US selling offers of PP slipping by US$ 35/ton yesterday and were quoted in the range of US$ 1635/ton to US$ 1640/ton.
In the US domestic market, selling offers for PP also fell yesterday, and were in the range of 78.00 cents/pound to 78.50 cents/pound.
Meanwhile, when compared with average PP prices of US$ 1725/ton in May 2014, US PP prices have slipped by 4.93% as on June 19.
