Birla Cellulose unveils trend themes in fabric for AW'15

Birla Cellulose, world leaders in manufacturing Viscose fiber from the House of Aditya Birla Group launched its Autumn Winter collection and trend themes in fabric and garments for 2015 at CMAI National Garment Fair. CMAI National Garment Fair is one of India’s most respected trade fair connecting brands as well as manufacturers and designers to retailers and their distribution channels. The event was inaugurated by Mr. Santosh Kumar Gangwar, Minister of Textiles, Government of India.
 
The fabric collection and trend themes forecast for Autumn Winter 2015 is conceptualized and created by East Central Studio, London under the aegis of Sandy MacLennan. The collections displayed were Urban Walkers collection and Ecstasy collection.
 
Urban Walkers Collection- This collection consists of casual wear and includes the colors of urban explorer. The moods comprise matt, worn & washed out. 
 
Ecstasy Collection- This collection consists of urban occasion wear and evening looks. It highlights Modal with Sheen (for dressy fabrics like jacquards, prints on jacquards etc). 
 
Created using the best quality viscose fibers from 100% natural and renewable source, the Autum Winter 2015 collection consists of Anarkali, Fusion tunics, Modal printed dresses and fitted dresses. Through this collection, Birla Cellulose reaches out to high end fashion brands and buying houses to adopt fashion trends and collections made using LIVA. 
 
Birla cellulose participated in CMAI Fair along with its value chain partners named Gokultex, Suditi, VSM, Turnover , Suneja and Arkap and also displayed Liva co-branded collection with Ven Huesen, Allen Solly, global desi, AND and Pantaloons.
 
Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Manohar Samuel – President (Marketing and Business Development), Birla Cellulose said, “We are glad to be associated with CMAI to present our AW 15 collection made using Birla Cellulose fibers. Based on detailed research to gauge consumer trends and sentiments in India, the collection has been brought out to offer trendiest designs and innovations in fabrics. We hope to that Indian brands appreciate our offering and adapt these designs and innovations with our fabrics to give consumers best of fashion and comfort.”
