India ITME Society to host first-of-its-kind trade show

India ITME Society will host Global Textile Technology & Engineering Show 2015 (GTTES), a focused event, which will magnify business and trade for manufacturers and agents/dealers of textile machinery and equipment from India, China, Japan and Korea.
This one-of-its-kind trade show with a pure focus on Asian textile machinery and equipment manufacturers is being held from 20-22 January, 2015 at Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai – India.
ITME Society says, “The objective of this special series event is not only to showcase technology & machinery, but also address the needs of small medium enterprises (SMEs) and help them access regional markets and clientele”.
Exhibitors from Taiwan, Indonesia, Thailand, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Middle East and Vietnam are expected to partake in the trade show, which will have an exclusive exhibition section for spare parts, components and accessories of textile machinery across various segments.
GTTES 2015 will also have a special focus on weaving machinery, garment machinery, knitting & embroidery machinery, technical textiles, digital printing and technical information services and will also feature country pavilions from China and Taiwan.
“Asia is the world's largest textile machinery market, growing at a brisk 8% CAGR, with trade being valued at US $180 billion. Intra-Asia textile machinery trade is forecast to double to an explosive $350 billion by 2025”, ITME Society informs.
“70% of world fibre processing takes place in Asia, with China, India and Pakistan, alone accounting for 60% of world fibre consumption, which makes this an attractive block for manufacturers of textile machinery and equipment”, the trade show organiser notes.
ITME Society says that it has already confirmed participation from exhibitors from China, Taiwan, Japan, Korea and Indonesia.
