Poor demand on Dec 1 pulls down Asian PTA prices

Poor downstream demand and lower upstream product prices in the region pulled down Asian PTA prices yesterday, Dec 1.
In F E Asia, prices were assessed at US$ 720/ton yesterday, lower by US$ 15/ton as compared to the prices at the end of last week.
In S E Asia, PTA prices were spotted at US$ 745/ton, also down US$ 15/ton vis-à-vis, prices by the end of the previous week.
In India, PTA was offered at US$ 750/ton, a decline of US$ 15/ton from prices prevailing towards end of last week.
