Fibre2fashion, the largest B2B website for the worldwide textile, apparel and fashion industry, has selected Singapore as the route for its future growth and expansion, and has registered Fibre2Fashion Pte. Ltd. as its subsidiary company in Singapore.

Incorporation of Fibre2Fashion Pte. Ltd. (F2F Singapore) has come within months of the company opening its sales and marketing office in Shanghai, the financial capital of China.

“We have selected Singapore as the route for our future growth and expansion as it offers various benefits/advantages like vibrant international financial centre, hassle-free business environment, strong legal system, high degree of personal safety, strategic location, network of bilateral trade agreements, transparent tax laws, etc,” said Mr Sanjiv Shah, chairman and managing director of Sanblue Enterprises Pvt Ltd, which owns fibre2fashion.com

“Incorporation of F2F Singapore is a first step in direction of taking our business activities and expansion plans to international level. F2F Singapore would be the holding company for our future planned subsidiary companies in other countries,” informs Mr Shah.

Fibre2fashion, which already has marketing partners in Bangladesh, Vietnam and Turkey, attracts more than 1.9 million worldwide visitors and 10 million page views every month. Over the last decade, the portal has emerged as the most significant and interactive platform for buyers, sellers, small, medium & large companies, machinery producers, employees and employers in the entire global textile supply chain.

In addition, the company also offers various services like Market Watch Reports, Special Reports, Trade Intelligence Reports, Cotton Reports, etc. across the globe.
