Asian ethylene shows mixed reactions on Aug 20

Ethylene prices declined in Asia on Thursday (Aug 20) from lower upstream energy prices, downstream product prices ample availability in the region.
However, in a few regions like Korea and Japan they remained unchanged.
In S E Asia, prices were spotted at US$ 890/ton yesterday, lower by US$ 10/ton or 1.11 per cent as compared to prices on Wednesday (Aug 19).
In N E Asia, prices were assessed at US$ 925/ton, down by US$ 15/ton or 1.60 per cent as against prices on Aug 19.
Prices remained stable in Korea and Japan at US$ 915/ton and US$ 905/ton respectively.
However, in a few regions like Korea and Japan they remained unchanged.
In S E Asia, prices were spotted at US$ 890/ton yesterday, lower by US$ 10/ton or 1.11 per cent as compared to prices on Wednesday (Aug 19).
In N E Asia, prices were assessed at US$ 925/ton, down by US$ 15/ton or 1.60 per cent as against prices on Aug 19.
