Alliance Project between NSC Group & ORLANDI Group

NSC Groupe S.A. from France, and Orlandi S.p.A. from Italy have entered into discussions with the objective to bring together the manufacturing and sales activities of their subsidiaries N. Schlumberger S.A. and Finlane S.p.A., into a new company in which NSC Groupe S.A. and Orlandi S.p.A. will take an equal share.
The presidency of the new company will be ensured by NSC Groupe for the first five years.
The two operating companies will continue their current activities, fully preserving their identities, values and brands.They will benefit from the support of both groups and will therefore enhance their ability to serve their clients and to prosper in the future.
World-class player, the NSC Group designs and manufactures machinery and equipment for the textile and packaging industries. In 2005, NSC generated Mio. Euro 125.3 sales with 950 employees.
NSC nonwoven designs and manufactures integrated production lines which produce textile fabrics in a continuous process. It accounts for almost 50 percent of the Group's global turnover.
