The largest US-American sales yarn spinner, Parkdale Mills is expanding its rotor spinning capacity. For the plant expansion, Parkdale initiated an order for 36 new Truetzschler cards with integrated draw frame IDF.
In so doing, Parkdale is exceeding the magic threshold of 800 Trützschler cards, which have been purchased during the last decades from Truetzschler. This phenomenal number makes Parkdale Mills currently the largest customer of Truetzschler cards worldwide.
Trützschler is a globally active textile machinery manufacturing company. We specialise in the production of machinery and systems for spinning mills and the nonwoven industry.
As a technological and market leader, we offer a complete range from bale openers via blenders and cleaners to cards and draw frames. In the nonwoven sector, we cover the entire fibre preparation process, from the bale opener to the tuft feeder.
Founded in 1916, Parkdale is one of the largest yarn manufacturers in the world. Today, Parkdale operates 24 plants in four countries and consumes 30% of the U.S. cotton consumption.
Parkdale's philosophy continues to be based on a single vision and pursuit of improvement-an approach that keeps customer needs first and foremost. Parkdale has remained a privately-owned company to retain flexibility, which provides the latitude for experimentation rarely found in publicly-owned firms.
