Machine break-down shrinks capacity of Century Denim

Century Textiles & Industries Ltd has informed that due to break-down of Dyeing Sizing machine, the production of Denim Cloth at the Company's Century Denim, P.O. Satrati, Dist. Khargone in the State of Madhya Pradesh will now be about 10 lacs Metres per month with effect from January, 2008 as against the capacity of 17.50 lac Metres per month.
Century Textiles & Industries Limited, Mumbai was incorporated in the year 1897. Till 1951 it had only one industrial unit - Cotton Textile Mills. Since then the Company has been making rapid progress in widely diversified fields.
