Affordable Footwear Act grows in prominence

Introduced near the close of 2007, the bi-partisan Affordable Footwear Act is growing in prominence and support, with more than 70 co-sponsors.

Come learn why at a panel discussion on the hidden, regressive tax American consumers pay on the footwear they buy for themselves and their families.

What: The Progressive Policy Institute and The Heritage Foundation will discuss their recent joint policy paper regarding the potential, direct positive impact of the Affordable Footwear Act (HR3934/ S2372).
