DGTI issues information on textile exports

Office of the Director-General of Trade and Industry, Hong Kong has issues a circular for textile exports under the Ref : EIC 631/2/10 dtd September 17, 2005 which reads as follows:

The Mainland of China : Implementation Details on the Tender for Quantitative Limits of Textile Exports (TLTE)

The Ministry of Commerce promulgated the "Implementation Details on the Tender for Quantitative Limits of Textile Exports" (at Appendix (pdf format)) on 16 September 2005. The Implementation Details govern the administration of the tender, qualification of bidders, the evaluation rules and procedures for part of the 2006 quantitative limits for textile exports and the submission, transfer, concession and surrender of such quantitative limits for successful bidders.

For details of the "Interim Administrative Measures on Textile Exports", please refer to CIC No. 213/2005 dated 20 June 2005. For other reference materials relating to the measures, please refer to CIC No. 235/2005 dated 5 July 2005, CIC No. 245/2005 dated 8 July 2005, CIC No. 248/2005 dated 11 July 2005 and CIC No. 260/2005 dated 15 July 2005.
