Silk & dyed cloth output amplifies

The year 2007 had been quite consequential for the manufacturers of all kinds of products. Industrial production for all sectors has seen a considerable growth in this period.
According to the latest data released by National Bureau of Statistics, in the month of December, country's output of silk products reached 728 million meters, rendering a sharp rise of 13.68 percent from the similar period previous year, but a minor decline of 1.88 percent from the same period last year.
In the whole year of 2007, total output of all types of silk products scored 8.685 billion meters, representing a minimal growth of 1.18 percent from the previous year.
At the same time, overall production of various kinds of dyed cloth reached 5.086 billion meters in December 2007, with a sharp increase of 12.74 percent from November, and a growth of 20.09 percent from the same time in 2006.
Complete production of various kinds of dyed cloth in 2007 amounted to 49.018 billion meters, an increase of 8.30 percent from the previous year.
