The Ministry of Commerce issued a notice concerning the first bid invitation on quantitative limits for textile exports in 2006.
According to the notice, 30% of the 2006 national quantitative limits will be set aside for public bidding, whereas 60% of which will be made available for bidding in the first round.
The bidding period for the first round is 8:00am of 27 September 2005 - 2:00am of 30 September 2005. The bidding results will be announced at 10:00am of 30 September 2005.
The notice also sets out the qualification of bidding enterprises, the procedures for bidding, the upper and lower quantitative bid limits and the minimum bidding price for each category of textile products.
