The MPGC 2008 theme of "Oil Market Fundamentals in the Middle East: Geopolitics vs Geology" will provide path breaking & thought-provoking opportunities for discussion.
The MPGC agenda will address demand/supply trends in the global oil markets, with emphasis on resource nationalism, emerging constraints in both OPEC/Non-OPEC production, cost escalations in both upstream and downstream sectors, amidst growing concerns of a global refining surplus and its impact on regional product balances.
