Tailor-made BRÜCKNER line systems for carpet drying and coating

BRÜCKNER Plant Technologies (Germany) will participate again in the DOMOTEX fair in Dubai / V.A.T. which will take place in May 2008.

BRÜCKNER Plant Technologies specializes since decades in every kind of customer-specific carpet finishing and coating lines. The company is part of the internationally active BRÜCKNER group.

Depending on carpet type and required drying capacity after washing, dyeing, printing, finishing, coating or laminating the specialists of BRÜCKNER Plant Technologies offer different dryer systems for the international carpet producers.

This includes flow-through dryers for tufting carpets, needle felt carpet finishing and coating lines, carpet back coating lines, finishing lines for artificial turf and non-slip underlays for carpets as well as woven carpet lines.

The range of products comprises not only complete line concepts but also individual units. Since then the production of the lines is made in Germany, BRÜCKNER guarantees a quality "made in Germany".

Energy efficiency and productivity of the lines is becoming more and more important in the international competition. Therefore BRÜCKNER technologists consider particularly these development trends in the design of the customer-specific line systems.

The robust design ensures in addition a long service life of the lines. In addition, they are very easy to maintain with easy access for maintenance works.

BRÜCKNER offers lines with up to6.00 m fabric width which can be provided with all kinds of heating media (direct and indirect gas heating, circulating oil, steam).
