A joint venture partnership with Dogi International Fabrics (Dogi) of Spain known for their innovation & manufacturing acumen in warp knitted fabrics and MAS Holdings, Sri Lanka, South Asia's largest design to delivery solutions provider.

With experience and knowledge of the global supply chain, DOGIEFA brings international expertise in key market segments, including Intimate Apparel, Active wear and Sportswear among others.

The new partnership has pioneered the initiative to cater the growing demand for high quality warp knit fabric for the apparel industry in Sri Lanka and the Indian sub-continent and strengthens the supply base in Sri Lanka.

More importantly it will result in decreased lead times for apparel manufacturers and provide greater flexibility in choosing fabric suppliers.

DOGIEFA offers a wide range of warp-knit fabrics to its customer base by focusing on both collaborative and open-line developments that utilize the latest technology while incorporating trends that reflect the strategic mission of its key accounts.

Its product capabilities are geared to produce a range of Stretch Products including Tricot, Raschel, Satin, Powernet, Techsheen, Lockstitch, Mesh, Ribs, Novelty and many more.

Upon its opening in 2007, the facility will produce 2.5 million meters during the year 2008, growing to 7.5 million meters per year by 2010
