Jiangsu to house advance Tech Park

The construction of Jiangsu Minghao Science Technology Industrial Park, located in the north of Jiangsu Province, officially began this May. Reportedly, 18 dealers from Fujian Province have together made initial investment of around 3 billion yuan for this industrial park.
This development is expected to be a modern textile production base, which boasts the top-grade textile and clothing enterprises, the big warehouses, the advanced logistical facilities and so on.
The ground breaking ceremony was attended by Vice Chairman of China National Textile And Apparel Council, Sun Ruizhe.
The investors revealed that the site was perfectly located for industrial park as the transport and commuting between Shanghai city and the north of Jiangsu Province had become extremely convenient due to the efficient Sutong Bridge.
It is said that this park will cover 3500 mus, including 1.80 million square meters of floor space and the project will be divided into 2 phases. The first phase is scheduled to be complete by 2009, and the second is set to finish in 2012. A fully operational park is estimated to reap yearly sales of nearly 10 billion yuan.
