As a leading global player, Huntsman Textile Effects (HTE) is living sustainability by conserving resources in textiles. We will be underlining our stated mission by demonstrating Huntsman's innovative solutions to help conserve the world's resources in textile production and textile care.

At the fair you will be able to experience the following:

- SMART Processes help - reduce water and energy, - reduce aqueous waste and off-gases,
- improve process efficiency and - reduce exposure to hazardous chemicals

- Innovative Effects which - reduce the amount of energy required in the care of garments, - keep clothes fresher without washing, - keep garments looking new for longer, - minimize the need to iron - prevent the sun's harmful UV – A and UV – B rays and - keep you comfort and dry

These sustainable solutions are based on a solid foundation encompassing all aspects of Product Stewardship; an integrated business process for identifying, managing and minimizing the environmental, health and safety (EHS) at every stage of a product's life cycle.

At Huntsman Textile Effects, we respect the wisdom of this Native American proverb: “We do not inherit the earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.”

All this and more at the Huntsman Textile Effects Booth E1-B12, Shanghai New International Exhibition Center at ITMA, SHA, from July 27-31, 2008.
